Daylight Music 331 – The Snow Queen

Something different for this week’s Daylight Music. The entire session was given over to London Dreamtime, who along with Cunning Folk, told the story of the Snow Queen through words and music.

It was an enchanting afternoon with audience participation and lots of smiling children (and many adults) and as Hans Christian Andersen’s story vividly unfolded, Cunning Folk added songs from the likes of Bowie, Nirvana, Doors and Led Zeppelin which oddly didn’t seem out of place.
