On the day timings didn’t go to plan. But it’s a new festival so you have to expect teething problems. The line-up was pretty good. But the better known bands were in the larger venues. But I’ve learned from SXSW you’ve got a better chance of seeing bands if you stick to the smaller venues. Unfortunately, with the poor timings, I missed some of the bands I wanted to see, but it was still a good day. Skinny Girl Riot and Shopping were the highlight. But most bands were pretty good.
