Like many I didn’t initially listen to his music. He was a generation before my time. But as I grew up I discovered more and more touch points with his work, often through the bands I was listening to at the time. His influence spans many generations and even now many of the bands I listen to are inspired by him. So I thought I’d capture some of the tweets that have crossed my twitter stream through the day. I think these capture how influential his music was to successive generations of fans and musicians.
