Thought we would try a new feature this year. A roundup of music around Hertfordshire for the next month. Hopefully we can keep this going.

Gig of the Month

1st Feb – Warmduscher. The Horn
Killer gig at the Horn for Independent Venue Week. Warmduscher are an eccentric and brilliant live band.

4th Feb – Battle of the Bands. The Horn
The Horn continues with their annual Battle of the Bands competition. Winners play the Wilkestock main stage in August.

5th – Emily Capell, Joe Slater. The Horn
Emily is a singer songwriter from London. It sounds like she is heavily country influenced.

6th – Strange Bones, Friends Fatale. The Horn
I saw Strange Bones at Wilkestock. They were excellent live. Support is from a regular at the Horn, Friends Fatale. This looks a good lineup.
